  1. Love the two rabbits analogy, Mike! Thanks for sharing.

    I’m the type of person who wants to do it all, but I know it’s just not possible. I design (graphic) my own marketing campaigns, and I used to do it for others as well. But I realized it’s just not the best use of my skills, so now I outsource the graphic design work when someone wants a postcard or sales letter created. Sure lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders.

    • Thanks for the comments. I am the same way. I love doing the tech stuff, but it does not serve our company for me to do that work. I must delegate and focus on the stuff that only I can do. You must continue to do the same thing….sounds like you are well on your way. Great job!

  2. Mike….good point….does the prospective client do EVERYTHING ? No…of course NOT!! The plumber does not do roofing and the restauranteur does not do locksmithing.
